This location never has the table locators available for people who use the self serve terminal. We've had this issue many times. A busy Friday night and we're stuck in a big crowd at the front waiting for our food. 8 orders were in process for a very long time. I noticed some people had the locators and realized they were only being given out at the register if you ordered from the counter. Another customer was brought the wrong tray entirely. The burgers weren't hot when we finally got them. Very disappointed. What happened to McDonald's?

This location is terrible!!! They get my orders wrong way too often, and are famous for never having a drive-thru order ready. I get blue parking tickets regularly...
And NEVER never park in the "reserved" drive-thru area because they have forgotten me 2 times already. I waited up to 25 minutes once. What a joke! I won't be making that mistake again.
